Uredba EU EZ 261/2004 štiti putnike koji polijeću iz zračne luke u EU-u ili stižu u EU zračnim prijevoznikom iz EU-a.
Kašnjenje
Od 3 sata kašnjenja dolaska možda imate pravo na fiksnu odštetu.
Otkazivanje
